We are hiring a Supply Chain Resilience Program Manager for one of our clients. This role sits within commercial and supply chain operations and focuses on strengthening inbound supply chains through risk identification, sourcing strategies, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Drive supply chain resilience initiatives across raw material and supplier networks, with a focus on risk mitigation and continuity of supply
- Partner closely with sourcing, commercial operations, supplier quality, supply planning, and R&D teams to strengthen resilience across commodity categories
- Implement and support multi-sourcing strategies, supplier and material qualification processes, and contingency planning
- Identify, assess, and monitor supply chain risks using standardized risk tracking tools and dashboards
- Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement efforts
- Support deployment of global or regional risk tracking tools and contribute to governance processes across categories
- Track and report against key resilience KPIs, including compliance, sourcing diversification, and qualification timelines
- Influence stakeholders across functions and locations to drive alignment and execution of resilience priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, economics, finance, supply chain, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or related disciplines
- Experience with in CPG and/or complex supply chain environments
- Working knowledge of Power BI dashboards, including filtering, reviewing, and analyzing visual data
- Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, filters, data formatting)
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Continuous improvement mindset with a results-driven approach
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across teams and geographies
