Production Supervisor

• Assemble and build medium and high voltage electrical vacuum switches using standardized tools and equipment.
• Interpret production drawings and work instructions, including wire schematics, outlines, BOMs, and wire diagrams.
• Utilize internal systems to access drawings and files.
• Relay any discrepancies or non-conformance issues to the responsible individual.
• Complete all documentation and follow specific work instructions as required.
• Work in a team environment while interfacing with product/manufacturing engineering and other internal or external customers.
• Assist in training other team members as needed.
• Maintain and sustain 5S processes and safety practices, including the use of PPE as required.
• All other duties, as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of manufacturing experience.
• Basic mechanical, electrical, and hand‑tool knowledge.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude; flexible with cross‑training and overtime.
• Willingness to learn new processes.
• Able to lift 40+ lbs.
• Able to stand or walk for eight hours.
• Able to reach, lift, and pull.

While hourly pay rate is determined by qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay starting at $19–$21. 1st shift hours are 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday.
