JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for working alongside physicians and nurses and facilitating advanced primary and specialty nursing services. Provides patients with support through activities including bathing services, serving meals, transportation, administering medication, and positioning. Ensures patients and families have a positive experience by exhibiting alertness, collaboration, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
Principal Accountabilities- Level I – High School Diploma or equivalent. 0-3 years of experience as a Nursing Assistant, in Patient Care or other related field with demonstrated increased responsibility in the healthcare industry. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certifications preferred.
- Level II – High School Diploma or equivalent. 3-5 years of experience as a Nursing Assistant, in Patient Care or other related field with demonstrated increased responsibility in the healthcare industry. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certifications preferred.
- Level III – High School Diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of experience as a Nursing Assistant, in Patient Care or other related field with demonstrated increased responsibility in the healthcare industry. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certifications required.
