Ennoble Care is hiring a full-time Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager for Passaic County, NJ. The RN Case Manager provides skilled nursing assessments, planning, and care in home settings, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to maximize patient comfort.
Candidates must be NJ-licensed RNs with at least 1 year of RN experience (hospice preferred) and bilingual English/Spanish abilities. A valid driver’s license is required. We offer competitive benefits and a 401(k) plan.
