Assess new clients, develop plans of care, and orient Aides to cases;
Conduct client reassessments every 60 days;
Assess Aide competency and observe performance every 3 months;
Maintain documentation per New Jersey Board of Nursing/NJ Division of Consumer Affairs regulations and ACHC accreditation standards;
Be available for off-hour phone consults
