About the Role

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and looking to kickstart your career in product quality and operations? We are seeking a Sample Analyst to play a vital role in our quality assurance process. In this position, you will bridge the gap between hands‑on product management and consumer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for retrieving and tracking product samples from a world‑renowned consumer portfolio, performing basic inspections, and communicating directly with consumers to resolve product inquiries and complaints. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves structured processes, cross‑functional teamwork, and keeping data exceptionally accurate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sample & Inventory Management: Retrieve, store, and manage physical product samples according to established internal procedures.
  • Data Tracking: Identify, log, and accurately capture all relevant sample information into internal databases to ensure strict compliance.
  • Product Inspection: Conduct basic, hands‑on sample dissection and inspection tasks as required.
  • Consumer Care Support: Follow up directly with customers regarding product complaints and document all interactions in our system.
  • Quality Assurance Support: Work closely with operations teams to support overall consumer product quality processes.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service, quality assurance, or sample/inventory handling is highly preferred.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Basic proficiency using Microsoft Office systems (Excel, Outlook) and a comfort level working with databases.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional, empathetic consumer interactions.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to strictly follow structured operational processes.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to handle physical samples and perform basic inspection/dissection tasks in an operations environment.
