What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greet customers and manage the service intake process
• Write and present estimates clearly and professionally
• Sell services using a consultative, customer-first approach
• Communicate with technicians and customers throughout repairs
• Manage workflow and keep things moving in a busy shop
• Follow established shop processes and systems

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of Service Advisor experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to sell services the right way (not pushy)
• Comfortable with estimating systems and computers
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, reliable, and team-oriented

Preferred Experience:

• Independent shop background
• Strong sales performance with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to adapt to structured shop processes
