A rapidly growing car wash chain based in Central New Jersey seeks a Sales Associate to drive growth and profitability at the site. The role involves welcoming guests, converting retail customers into Unlimited Wash Club members while maintaining high engagement and morale.

• Proactively manages customer engagement at the car wash.
• Works directly with Senior Site Management to make strategic recommendations on process improvements.
