Security Officer Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents, maintenance-related concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or mobile patrols throughout building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and other security-related concerns.;
Monitor entrances, lobbies, loading areas, and other assigned posts to help support authorized access, provide directions, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or policy violations according to site procedures.;
Complete routine reports, incident documentation, and shift activity logs, and communicate with tenants, visitors, emergency responders, and/or property representatives regarding security-related matters as needed.
