** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.

+ Respond to incidents, maintenance-related concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership.

+ Conduct regular and random foot and/or mobile patrols throughout building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and other security-related concerns.

+ Monitor entrances, lobbies, loading areas, and other assigned posts to help support authorized access, provide directions, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or policy violations according to site procedures.

+ Complete routine reports, incident documentation, and shift activity logs, and communicate with tenants, visitors, emergency responders, and/or property representatives regarding security-related matters as needed.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.

+ A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
