Russo Development is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our luxury multi-family property in Hackettstown, NJ. You will perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and appliance systems, keeping common areas and apartments in excellent condition.
The role requires 1-3 years of relevant experience, a High School or GED, reliable transportation, and willingness to be on-call. You’ll coordinate with leasing staff, maintain records, and support snow removal and grounds
