ASG Home Care in New Jersey is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in homes and communities across the state. You will work one-on-one with clients, following each person’s ISP to promote independence and meaningful community participation.
We offer flexible hours, local cases, and a supportive team. Pay ranges from $18–$24 per hour based on experience and case assignment, with a variety of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
