Long Term Substitute Art Teacher
Position to run from August 26th through approximately September 30th
General Statement Of Duties:
- Follows lesson plans left by the teacher for the initial units of study
- Plans and implements daily instruction in art for students in grades K-3
- Maintains high standards of safety throughout class
- Builds positive rapport with students while creating an active and fun learning environment
- Performs other specific duties as assigned by the building administrator
Qualifications:
Appropriate Connecticut teaching certification and/or experience with elementary age students preferred.
