• Be the first point of contact and set the pace when someone comes into the building.
• Provide customer service in a manner that is tailored to individual situations.

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum two years  experience / training in hospitality and/or customer service preferred
• Compassionate, patient and good communication skills
