We are a warm, busy family of six, balancing work, school, and home life. Both parents work full-time, with a mix of remote and in-office days. Our household is full of energy, and there is always something happening, whether it is a busy morning with school drop-offs or spending time together in the evening. Our four kids are playful, curious, and full of joy, and we love to create a welcoming and organized environment for them.
We believe in fostering an inclusive and respectful home, where everyone feels comfortable and valued. We value open-mindedness and embrace diversity in all forms. Patience and understanding are essential to our family.
Though we stay organized, we also understand that life can be unpredictable, so we are looking for someone who is proactive and flexible, someone who anticipates needs before they arise. Whether it is managing the family’s busy schedule, helping with household organization, or ensuring everything is ready for the next day, we want someone who brings calm and order to our home.
WhoYou Are / What We’re Looking For
You are a detail-oriented, proactive individual who takes pride in creating order and calm in a busy home. You have a natural ability to anticipate needs and take initiative without requiring direction, whether that means tidying the kitchen after breakfast, preparing the children’s uniforms for extracurricular activities, or ensuring household supplies are consistently stocked. You stay one step ahead, helping the home run smoothly and efficiently.
You are adaptable and handle life’s inevitable curveballs with grace, from delayed school openings to last-minute schedule changes. You value open communication and enjoy being part of a collaborative household, while also maintaining strong professional boundaries and respect for everyone’s time and space. Your presence brings a steady, reliable energy to the home.
With experience managing a household, you are comfortable balancing a wide range of responsibilities, including deep cleaning projects and coordinating with vendors for home maintenance. You are tech-savvy and confident handling tasks such as online grocery ordering and managing family schedules. You are excited to join a family that values patience, inclusivity, and flexibility, and you are committed to creating a warm, organized, and welcoming environment for everyone.
