Registered Nurse - South Complex Care - Per Diem

• Deliver nursing practices according to evidence‑based research, nursing policies, and standards of care to provide safe and excellent individualized patient‑centered care.
• Communicate regularly with patients, nursing colleagues and other health‑care team members regarding patient status, rendered care and treatment plans.
• Ensure optimal patient and guest satisfaction and care experience according to Hackensack Meridian Health standards.
• Administer medication utilizing clinical documentation technology to ensure safe delivery.
• Provide patient and family centered care to optimize health, wellness and disease management.
• Collaborate interdisciplinarily in managing patient’s plan of care from admission to discharge to ensure safe transition and continuum of care.

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license.
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
• BSN strongly preferred or must be obtained within 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, strong sense of accountability, exceptional focus on teamwork, and passion for delivering high quality patient care.
