Responsibilities- Delivery of nursing practices according to evidence-based research, nursing policies, and standards of care to provide safe and excellent individualized patient-centered care with a diverse patient population.
- Ongoing communication with patients, nursing colleagues, and other members of the health care team regarding patient status, rendered care and treatment plans.
- Responsible for optimal patient/guest satisfaction and care experience according to Hackensack Meridian Health standards.
- Medication administration utilizing the latest clinical documentation technology to ensure the safest delivery of medications to patients.
- Patient and family centered care aimed at optimizing health, wellness and disease management.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration in management of patient’s plan of care and goals from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitioning and continuum of care.
- Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license.
- Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
- BSN strongly preferred or must be obtained within 3 years.
One year of RN experience required. The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, a strong sense of accountability for improving patient and caregiver lives, exceptional teamwork focus, and passion for delivering the highest quality of care based on a strong patient focus are all required.

BenefitsIn addition to compensation for full-time and part-time (20+ hours per week) job positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits. Minimum rate of $46.25 hourly.
