Part-Time Teacher

The Bunny Hive is a modern family social club and enrichment studio for children (newborn-5) and their grownups, offering classes like ballet, culinary, art, music and more. Our space is designed to be warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully curated - a place where children can explore, play, and learn, and where caregivers feel comfortable, supported, and part of a community. Our classes are about connection, not performance.

We believe in creating joyful experiences, fostering relationships, and meeting families exactly where they are.

We are looking for warm, playful, and emotionally intuitive teachers to lead classes and experiences

for young children and their caregivers. What matters most is your energy, presence, and ability to create a space where children feel safe to be themselves and grownups feel seen and welcome. You will guide classes, build relationships with families, and help bring The Bunny Hive experience to life.

• Facilitate developmentally appropriate classes/experiences for young children and their caregivers
• Create a warm, inclusive, and calm environment where families feel comfortable
• Engage children through music, movement, storytelling, play, and exploration
• Build genuine relationships with families - learning names, noticing regulars, welcoming new faces
• Support class transitions and gently redirect when needed
• Help set up and reset spaces to maintain a beautiful, inviting studio
• Collaborate with the studio team to bring new ideas and energy to programming
• Uphold The Bunny Hive's values, tone, and community-centered ethos

• Love working with young children (newborns through preschoolers)
• Are naturally warm, expressive, and playful
• Are comfortable being silly - singing, dancing, making funny faces
• Can read a room and adapt in the moment

• Backgrounds that often work well include (but are not limited to): former or current educators, nannies, caregivers, performers, dancers, camp counselors, yoga or movement instructors, child development or psychology students, or parents looking for part-time work.

• Availability for 15+ hours per week
  , primarily weekday afternoons (approximately 2:00-6:00 PM), with occasional weekend availability
• A natural ability to engage and lead groups of young children while creating a warm, welcoming experience for their caregivers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience is a plus
• Confidence building relationships with families and serving as an ambassador for The Bunny Hive
• Reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative, team-first mindset
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a growing, fast-paced environment
• A willingness to learn all aspects of studio operations, including front desk responsibilities, class facilitation, and supporting special events
