Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a busy department in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments across multiple locations
- Enter customer service requests and manage documentation using internal systems
- Communicate with technicians to gather details and relay updates
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts using templates and spreadsheets
- Order materials from various vendors and track deliveries
- Assist with customer follow-ups, including payment collection and checks
- Support the team with data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities
- Customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable learning new systems and tools
- Willingness to take initiative and contribute to team success
- In-office role with a collaborative and supportive team
- Opportunities to grow into additional responsibilities
- Training provided on internal systems and product knowledge
