Position Description Provides administrative/clerical support to a department/project or director. Duties and tasks are varied but standardized. Applies basic and some advanced clerical/support or paraprofessional skills in procedures, processes and techniques appropriate to the position within the assigned functional area. Works under direction and selects from a variety of established procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.

This is an entry-level full-time hourly (non-exempt) administrative position.

Typical work schedule is M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, occasionally will fill-in as direct care staff if on call temporarily.

Pay $19.16 per hour

• At least 18 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or GED
• Has a minimum of two (2) years of clerical/administrative experience AND some advanced education/professional development classes/certifications in providing administrative support.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other computer software programs.
• Possess a valid driver's license in the U.S. for at least two (2) years, not counting time on a learner's permit, with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings which include: a background check, drug screening, physical/ergonomic testing, and a math & reading comprehension test.
• Physically fit to lift and transfer at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to provide direct care and implement proper restraint techniques to ensure the health and safety of the persons served.
