E-Commerce Listing Associate

Job Summary

Job Summary: The E-Commerce Listing Associate is primarily responsible for the creation of online product listing for donated goods to be sold on the organization s e-commerce auction-based website.

• Research specialty items to ensure proper descriptions and assign correct values - including proficiency in basic computer skills and the ability to use search engines.
• Track items properly by listing number, shelving location and store items appropriately.
• Provide customer service via email and phone to ensure prompt, accurate and professional management of items.
• Monitor the  website and Lister software daily and assist in expansion of new listing software.
• Achieve department production goals for listing items and average sales goals.
• Actively participate in team building exercises, staff meetings and have the motivation to cross train.
• Attend all ongoing trainings and assist in the training of new hires when necessary.
• Ensure work areas are maintained, organized, clean and safe and perform other duties as assigned.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass pre-screenings such as background or drug screenings.
• Computer, Internet, Microsoft Office Suite and iPhone or Android experience required.
• Thrift, Online and/or Auction-based sales or appraisal experience required.
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time, as well as lift to 50 lbs. with or without assistance.
• Must be able to work in a warehouse atmosphere with large machinery, loud noise, dust, etc.

Salary Minimum: 15.75 Salary Maximum: 15.75
