We are seeking a driven Project Manager for our industrial services team. The Project Manager will be responsible for running projects along the I-81 corridor from Shippensburg, PA to Harrisonburg, VA. Previous knowledge with self-performed concrete, fabrication, erection, millwright and pipe fitting is highly preferred.
A successful candidate shall have a minimum of five years industrial, and construction related PM experience, along with an Engineering or Construction Management degree or background with applicable field experience.
TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Read and interpret complex construction documents and drawings.
- Review, organize, maintain, and process contract documents and shop drawings.
- Originate and/or review, submit, log and distribute RFI’s and the RFI responses.
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
