Description: 10-15 years of experience in estimating quick-serve and fast-casual restaurant construction and retail construction projects in multiple geographical locations. Must have experience in both remodeling and new construction project estimating.
Requirements: 5-10 years of experience building subcontractor databases in multiple geographical locations. Preconstruction services, project budget development and management, subcontractor buy-out and subcontractor management.
