Robinwood Dental of Hagerstown, MD is seeking a full‑time Dentist Associate to join our fast‑paced office team! This is a great full‑time opportunity we have reserved for a candidate who not only has the proper skill set but who can light up the office with a warm and personable approach to dental care.

Our full‑time Dentist Associates earn 35% of net production (gross production minus insurance write‑offs and dentist discretionary discounts). We also pay for your malpractice insurance, licensing, dues, lab fees, and provide an allowance for continuing education. Associates enjoy paid time off (PTO) and 401(k) contributions with matching after one year. This position earns $100,000 – $350,000 per year. Uniforms and lab jackets are also provided.

With two locations, we provide care for all ages, offering preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and implant dentistry as well as orthodontics and endodontic treatment. We rarely have to send patients out of the office for special procedures, so we can provide better continuity of care.

In this full‑time Dentist Associate position, you help keep our practice running smoothly and our patients happy. Being dedicated to quality care and education, you help new and existing patients achieve their goals for healthy smiles. Working closely with two well‑trained dental assistants, you perform routine and complex dental procedures. You also assist our hygienists by providing periodic exams during routine dental cleanings.

You understand that going to the dentist is not anybody’s idea of a "restful day off", so you do your best to instill a positive atmosphere and earn your patients' trust when it comes to their personal dental care.

• 1+ year of experience in private practice (no recent graduates or immediately post‑residency)
• Dental license for the state of Maryland
• Excellent leadership skills

This full‑time position runs normal office hours:
Mon‑Thurs 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Fri 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. There is an on‑call rotation between all dentists. Rotation is from Wednesday to Wednesday. You will be expected to swap shifts with another dentist if conflicts arise and you are unable to be on‑call.
