Robinwood Dental is seeking an efficient, customer-focused Orthodontic Receptionist
- Scheduling Coordinator to join our front office team. This full-time position supports patients receiving orthodontic care and plays a key role in creating a positive patient experience.
Robinwood Dental is a Christian-owned dental practice that has been serving Western Maryland since 2003. With two locations and over 75 employees, we provide comprehensive dental services for patients of all ages, including preventive, restorative, cosmetic, implant, orthodontic, and endodontic care.

Key Responsibilities- Serve as a resource for patients and help ensure their non-clinical needs are met
- Verify dental insurance coverage and submit billing claims
- Assist patients with understanding the financial aspects of orthodontic treatment
- Address questions and concerns regarding treatment plans
- Review and discuss account details with patients
- Check patients out with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Manage and coordinate the orthodontic appointment schedule
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Intermediate computer and technology skills with the ability to quickly learn new software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a dental or orthodontic office
- Monday
- Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Primary work location:
Hagerstown office (4 days per week) - Must be available to work in the Middletown office one day per week (Mondays)
- $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on qualifications
