Assisting Physician – MD

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Assistant Physician (MD/DO) to join our medical team in providing Primary Care and Integrative Health Services. As an Assistant Physician, you will provide comprehensive medical care to patients, diagnose and treat illnesses, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

Duties:

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and diseases
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients
- Prescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness
- Provide pain management services to patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures and disease management
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner

Qualifications:

- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Valid medical license in the state of practice
- Strong knowledge of current medical practices and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
