Urology Physician

Join a rapidly expanding urology program at a medical center on track to become a Level II Trauma Center. This opportunity is ideal for a urologist seeking a high-volume practice, modern facilities, and long-term growth in a collaborative, well-supported environment.

• Step into a busy practice from day one, joining 4 Urologists and 2 Advanced Practice Providers
• Over 600 established patients already scheduled for follow-up care
• Modern clinic with 14 exam rooms, an on-site ASC, and immediate access to lab, imaging, and ultrasound
• Strong referral base with the ability to ramp quickly to a full practice

• Typically 3-4 clinic days and 1-2 OR days per week
• Call shared at 1:4, including nights and weekends

• $650,000 guaranteed base salary with bonus potential
• $250,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $50,000 in relocation assistance
• Comprehensive health and malpractice coverage
• 31 days of PTO plus 7 federal holidays
• $5,000 CME allowance with dedicated professional development time

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology
• Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
• Strong clinical and surgical skills
