Unit I Salary Scale: $61,074 - $105,331, 10-month work year, 7.5 hours per day

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Eligibility for MSDE teacher licensure in appropriate field; content knowledge in the field of specialization.
* Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including empathy, teamwork, conflict resolution, critical thinking, and emotional control; maintain organization and punctuality.

Teacher performance is evaluated in accordance with the provisions of the Board's policy on evaluation of professional personnel.
