- Must be 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Completed or willing to enroll in a one-credit course in the prevention and care of athletic injuries.
- In this sport: one (1) year of coaching experience at the high school or college level, experience as a player at the high school and/or college level, and/or have served as a team manager at the high school and/or college level.
- Current Washington County Public School teacher.
