TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Unit I Salary Scale: $61,074 - $105,331, 10-month work year, 7.5 hours per day.

This position plays a crucial role in motivating and guiding students from diverse backgrounds to achieve their highest potential academically, socially, and emotionally.
- Engage each student in high-quality, authentic, and relevant learning experiences to prepare them with the skills, knowledge, and habits to maximize student success.

- Eligibility for MSDE teacher licensure in appropriate field; content knowledge in the field of specialization.

- Maintain regular, punctual attendance and work extended or irregular hours when necessary.
Teacher performance is evaluated in accordance with the provisions of the Board's policy on evaluation of professional personnel.
