Forward Deployed Transformation Lead - Physical AI

What the role actually is

Dexterity is hiring a forward deployed lead for a major customer program around Hagerstown, Maryland. The role owns the operational path from site readiness through installation, commissioning, training, handoff, and customer adoption.

It sits in product management but lives close to the floor. The person would coordinate customer operations, product, field engineering, services, support, and commercial teams so a Physical AI deployment becomes a repeatable operating model rather than a one-off install.
