Overview
A leading U.S. engineering consultancy is seeking a licensed Professional Engineer with 8–12 years of land development experience to lead complex projects from entitlement and preliminary design through construction administration.
Role Highlights- Manage multiple concurrent projects, budgets, and schedules.
- Lead design teams and coordinate across disciplines.
- Mentor junior engineers and maintain strong client relationships.
- Oversee hydrologic/hydraulic studies, stormwater design, grading, earthwork, and civil construction documents.
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering; PE license (CA preferred).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; specification preparation a plus.
- San Diego project experience and industry connections are advantageous.
