We are currently seeking a Configuration Management Analyst, Journeyman to support the H-60 Multi-Mission Helicopters Program (PMA-299) in Patuxent River, Maryland location.
Functional Description- Collects, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft and product programs. Maintains configuration control of acquisition products and data. Tracks configuration changes. Coordinates and supports development of Engineering Change Proposals. Applies Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management. Provides technical expertise and recommendations on MH-60R, MH-60S, and Production CM efforts. The Contractor shall provide program management support to production programs including review and staffing of ECPs, Technical Directives (TDs) and Rapid Action Minor Engineering Changes (RAMECs), development of Configuration Control Board (CCB) briefings, staffing of the configuration management packages, maintenance and management of changes within Enterprise Change Management (ECM) and status of configuration management packages and action items.
- Supports the Program by processing numerous Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Rapid Action Minor Equipment Change (RAMEC), and Propose Specification Change Notice (PSCN) for FMS countries.
- Schedules, chairs, and prepares meeting minutes for Planning and Evaluating (P&E) for preliminary ECP submittal prior to formal submission to Configuration Management (CM). Works with IPTs and contractors to develop a quality ECP for submission.
- Provides support to the logistics team to sustain changes that affected their aircraft.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree - Allowable substitution: Associate's Degree plus four (4) years of additional work experience or six (6) years of additional work experience. Work experience must be performing duties described in the functional description.
- Required Experience: Three (3) to Eight (8) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. Candidate must have experience in Configuration Management for military programs.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements.

Compensation is determined by factors including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $44,819.01 to $67,228.51 (annualized USD). This range is one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
