Position Type: Full‑Time
Salary Range: $85k‑$100k (depending on experience)
Work Location: Hybrid remote/in‑office (see on‑site requirements below).
On‑site Requirements: Hybrid & St. Inigoes, MD 2 days per week. Future on‑site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received.
Essential Functions- Ability to develop and integrate master plans and schedules on DoD programs.
- Provide critical path analysis, identify problem areas, and create work‑around solutions.
- Timely create and maintain program and project schedules necessary to properly plan work.
- Assist with establishing project budgets from proposal estimate, track committed costs, and forecast remaining costs for engineering, equipment procurement, and construction sub‑contracts.
- Responsible for project and program contingency planning.
- Advises project lead on matters affecting project success, schedule and cost impacts, and develops project recovery plans when needed.
- Part of the project management team responsible for meeting project deadlines.
- Maintain a change management program.
- Assist with identifying out‑of‑scope work items and creating change order requests to be presented to the client, including estimated cost and schedule impacts.
- Within the area of responsibility, consistently identifies potential project problems or opportunities in a proactive manner, analyze the issues using all appropriate resources, develop alternatives and arrives at the most optimum approach to mitigate problems or exploit opportunities.
- Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
- 5+ years of related experience.
- 5+ years' experience using Microsoft Project.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
