Operate and maintain critical and non-critical data center infrastructure, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.;
Perform preventative maintenance on pumps, fire systems, HVAC equipment, and other building systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.;
Conduct regular engineering and site rounds, record system readings, and identify abnormal conditions or potential issues.;
Monitor power usage, cooling capacity, and environmental conditions within data halls to ensure systems remain within specified parameters.;
Use a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to manage, track, and close planned and unplanned maintenance tasks.
