SME Radio Frequency Engineer - Mid Level Why This is an Exciting Role:
- Perform RF assembly of components, subassemblies, and test fixtures using coax and waveguide connections, and precision mechanical integration.
- Assist in the testing, tuning, and validation of RF circuits, amplifiers, filters, and antennas.
- Conduct measurements using network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and power meters.
- Support senior engineers in the design and prototyping of RF systems.
- Prepare documentation, including test results, assembly procedures, and calibration data.
- Participate in troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis of RF performance issues.
- Maintain lab organization, safety, and equipment calibration records.
- Three (3) years of experience as an RF Assembler in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
- Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Administration/Networking, Electronics, or related discipline from an accredited college.
- Three (3) years of additional RF Assembler experience may be substituted for an Associate’s degree.
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- Experience conducting measurements using network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and power meters.
- Experience with the testing, tuning, and validation of RF circuits, amplifiers, filters, and antennas.
Telework/Remote Availability: No telework approved at this time.

Contingent Upon Program Award: The position is contingent upon program award.
Summary Pay Range: $70,500 - $83,000
