Parra Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Unmanned Systems (UxS) & Counter Measures to lead the strategic direction, development, and execution of our unmanned systems and countermeasure technologies. This executive will oversee a diverse portfolio of unmanned platforms, including aerial, ground, and maritime systems, and drive advancements in countermeasure solutions to address emerging threats and operational challenges. The role requires a visionary leader with deep technical expertise, strategic acumen, and the ability to drive innovation and growth in a rapidly evolving field.

• Develop and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for unmanned systems and countermeasures.
• Drive innovation and technological advancements in unmanned systems and countermeasure capabilities.
• Oversee the integration of UxS and countermeasures into existing and new systems to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineering, research, and operational professionals.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the department.
• Ensure alignment between teams and company objectives.
• Guide the development lifecycle of unmanned systems, from conceptual design to production and deployment.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, military, and industry partners.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and governmental meetings.
• Communicate the value and benefits of the company's UxS and countermeasure solutions to clients and partners.
• Develop and manage budgets for UxS and countermeasure projects.
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure project success and financial sustainability.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and performance metrics.
• Ensure all UxS and countermeasure systems comply with relevant regulations, standards, and certifications.
• Implement best practices in safety, security, and operational procedures.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  At least 15 years of experience in unmanned systems, defense technology, or a related field, with a proven track record of leadership roles.
