- Documenting control strategies, simulation results, and validation processes specific to electrical systems.
- Supporting certification and regulatory compliance for global deployment.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in electromagnetic and thermal design of motors, with ability in model‑based design.
- Proven experience with 2D and 3D finite element analysis tools for motor design.
- Experience in modeling 3‑phase inverters, including thermal aspects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical system thermal modeling using lumped parameter circuits.
- Ability in MATLAB/Simulink and model‑based development methodologies.
- Familiarity with MIL, SIL, and HIL testing environments.
- Experience with field‑oriented control methods for brushless motor control (highly preferred).
- Knowledge of modeling of lithium‑ion battery systems is a plus.
