• Excellent communication and math skills, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships with both existing and prospective customers
• Basic understanding of the role of a financial advisor or financial consultant, and interest in the financial industry and products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other tools is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is required
• Up-to-date FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 licenses are a plus

$60,000 per plan commission
