Insight Global is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst who will own and manage all General Ledger (GL) integrations from supporting systems, including:
- Bank statements
- Payroll
- EPIC Hospital & Physician Billing
- Revenue Cycle Analytics (RCA) tools
- Own and manage GL integrations for bank statements, payroll, EPIC billing, and revenue cycle analytics tools, including maintenance, posting, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate across teams (Payroll, Cash Management, RCA, Epic PB) to resolve integration issues and support billing‑related projects.
- Document and maintain financial reporting and ERP processes, including policies, procedures, risk/control matrices, and flowcharts; ensure routine updates for accuracy and compliance.
- Act as ERP “Super User” for new business operations checklists and integrated workflows; support ERP administration and serve as backup for ERP team.
- Participate in special projects involving financial reporting and ERP systems, ensuring structured planning, change management, and communication.
- Provide audit support by maintaining records and delivering documentation for internal/external audits.
- Develop testing plans and validation tools for financial systems; compile and analyze data for routine and ad hoc reporting.
- Ensure readiness for new company/business launches and compliance with GAAP and UMMS policies.
- They will be responsible for all GL integrations from supporting systems including Bank statements, Payroll, EPIC Hospital & Physician Billing as well as integrations into our revenue cycle analytics tools. “Ownership” mean they will be responsible for the maintenance, posting, troubleshooting for those systems. This position is also intended to also support ERP administration once they are stable in their original job duties.
They will sit on the ERP Team.
