The State & Local Tax Manager will join a strong Accounting team loaded with CPA's who come from well-known companies and public accounting backgrounds!
The State & Local Tax Manager role is available due to a retirement that was recently announced.
The outgoing Tax Manager has built strong processes and documentation and they plan to allow time for training before the retirement officially commences.
While work‑flow is in order, the Corporate Controller allows the Tax Manager to work autonomously and you will be able to optimize processes and systems to your liking.
How do you land this role??- BS in Accounting, Finance, Econ, OR Business Admin is Ideal
- 6+ Years of State & Local Tax Experience
- The more States the Merrier....Company is in 20+ States NOW and growing
- Strong understanding of Tax lives/methods relating to Fixed Assets
- Experience with Personal Property Tax Returns
- Exposure to Avalara Tax System is a PLUS!
- Experience implementing Avalara Tax System will almost guarantee you the offer!
