* 3+ years of experience performing root cause analysis, trend analysis, and issue resolution in a client-facing or operational environment
* Experience communicating technical findings, issue impacts, and recommended actions to clients and internal stakeholders
* Experience configuring, supporting, or maintaining automation reporting, automated services, or similar operational workflows
* Experience learning new systems, tools, and workflows quickly, including use of proprietary platforms such as IMS or similar systems, with the ability to ramp up through on-the-job training
* Experience using artificial intelligence (AI) tools such as Microsoft Copilot, effective prompting techniques, or similar productivity tools in an analytical work environment
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
Experience that would be great to have:

* Experience with transaction processing systems and payment platform operations
* Experience collaborating across operations, client support, technology, and product teams
* Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification or equivalent certification or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
How you'll work:
