Key Responsibilities
- Support the Assistant Vice President of Loan Servicing in ensuring servicing rules are accurately identified, interpreted, implemented, and maintained.
- Ensure alignment with investor, partner, and credit reporting requirements.
- Proactively monitor industry servicing standards and rule updates.
- Monitor partner and investor communications to recommend timely adjustments to internal rules and processes.
- Serve as a liaison between loan servicing departments and external partners.
- Translate servicing expectations into internal rules.
- Experience in loan servicing.
- Understanding of investor and credit reporting requirements.
- Ability to interpret and implement rules and regulations.
- Strong communication and liaison skills.
- Experience in process improvement and risk management is a plus.
