We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Full Time Residential Supervisor (RS) to support a home of four gentlemen with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). The individuals are very active in their communities, maintain close relationships with their families, and thrive with staff who encourage independence, engagement, and meaningful daily experiences.

Position Summary
The Residential Supervisor provides frontline supervision and leadership to the staff team assigned to the home. This role includes hands‑on direct support, coordination of daily routines, and ensuring high‑quality services that promote dignity, choice, safety, and community inclusion. The RS is responsible for supporting the men in maintaining their active lifestyles, building skills, and participating in family and community activities.

This position is:

Monday through Friday 3pm-11pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend all meetings and trainings as required.
  • Provide support with daily skills such as shopping, personal hygiene, meal planning, cooking, and household cleaning to promote independence and healthy routines.
  • Provide day‑to‑day supervision, and support to direct support staff.
  • Maintain staffing schedules, monitor attendance, and ensure adequate coverage.
  • Implement the individual’s Person‑Centered Plan and maintain all data necessary to measure achievement of stated goals and objectives.
  • Maintain all records, including but not limited to transition notes for all staff, medication/seizure/psychotropic charts, time sheets, daily logs, petty cash documentation and mileage logs.
  • Communicate and coordinate regularly with families, day programs, case managers, and agency leadership.
  • Monitor the home environment to ensure safety, cleanliness, organization, and a positive atmosphere.
  • Model professional conduct, person‑centered practices, and respectful communication for all staff.
  • Assisting with development of meaningful and personal relationships
  • Implementing strategies to achieve individuals’ personal goals
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 20 years of age
  • Must be have at least 2 years of driving experience
  • High school diploma or G.E.D preferred
  • Current driver’s license (not provisional) with less than 3 points on driving record
  • Must be able to transport people supported as needed
  • Some lifting and transferring may be required
