A Part-Time Role That Makes a Real Difference

Stepping Stones supports youth ages 8–21 with developmental disabilities through 1:1 in-home and community-based support. This role offers meaningful, flexible work for those looking for a steady part-time schedule.

• Provide 1:1 support for daily living & behavioral needs
• Build communication and social skills
• Promote independence at home and in the community
• Follow individualized plans and document progress
• Support positive and safe behavior strategies

• Are 21+ with a HS diploma/GED
• Hold a valid U.S. driver’s license (2+ years, good record)
• Have at least 1 year of experience supporting individuals with IDD
• Have documented experience with behavioral management
• Can lift 50 lbs and perform direct care tasks
• Can attend New Hire Training (2 weeks + 2 days, Mon–Fri, 8:30–5:00)
• Can pass background check, drug screen, and physical
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required

Earn $1,500–$2,000 per certification level — up to $5,250 in your first year.
