What You’llDo

As a Mental Health Therapist at Concerted Care Group, you will be at the center of patient care—building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment.

You’lllead therapy groups,facilitateindividualand family sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within our innovative

OTP, IOP, OPprogram.

Clinical

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults inour OTP program.
• Work in person at our Hagerstown, MD location.
• Develop andmaintainperson-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insightandempowerment
• Design and deliver engagingpsychoeducationaland skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses,PRP,and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care
• Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning
• Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate
• Demonstrates commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes, such as patient retention,attendanceandsuccessful program completion
• Complete clinical documentation accurately andtimely

What You Bring

You are a thoughtful, clinically strong therapist who values both empathy and accountability.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment
• Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field

LGSW, LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC

• Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care
• EMDR experience is highly preferred
• Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth
• The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both adolescents and adults.

Compensation & Schedule

Salary Range:
Up to $105,000 annually

Incentive Compensation:
This position is eligible foradditionalcommission-based compensation tied to clinical participation and engagement. Therapists earnadditionalcompensation for each participant in their assigned therapy groupsand individual sessions.

Total Compensation:
With consistent census and strong clinical outcomes, total annual compensation is up to $105,000, with the potential for high performers to earn more based on engagement.
