What to expectYou will oversee the day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of our rehabilitation and recovery programs and play a key role in shaping services that align with our mission and improve the lives of those we serve.
Specific responsibilities include- Overseeing program operations to ensure effective service delivery.
- Developing and implementing new services and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating with community organizations and ensuring facilities meet health and safety standards.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising program staff while fostering leadership growth.
- Creating workforce plans to maintain adequate staffing levels.
- Evaluating staff performance and providing ongoing mentorship.
- Developing and managing program budgets.
- Monitoring revenue and expenses to ensure financial goals are met.
- Ensuring programs comply with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting systems.
- Participating in planning initiatives to achieve program goals.
- Supporting service line growth through program development and community outreach.

The pay range for this position is $79,310 minimum to $97,850 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience.
What we need from you- One of the following combinations of education and experience, 2 of which must include a supervisory role:
- A bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience.
- An associate’s degree and 7 years of experience.
- A high school diploma and 8 years of experience.
- Must possess one of the following within 6 months of hire:
- Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Professional (CPRP)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Certified (LCSW‑C)
- Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW)
- Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
- A driver’s license with 3-points or less, access to a 4-passenger vehicle during work hours, and vehicle insurance that names the employee as a driver.
- Requires on‑call flexibility.
