Creekside Village is seeking a Director of Community Life to plan, organize, and implement life enrichment programs for our residents.
Qualifications of the Director of Community Life:
- Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Activity Department for assisted living, skilled nursing, and idependant living.
- Ensure an on-going program is designed to meet, in accordance with the comprehensive assessment, the intrests and the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident.
- Is a certified therapeutic recreation specialist or has 2+ years of experience working within an enrichment/activity/wellness program in a health care setting.
- Knowledge of state/federal licensing statutes and regulation.
- Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude and encourage others to do the same.
- Able to transport residents to and from activity venues.
This position is Interim full-time Monday-Friday with occasional Holidays and Weekends.
