• Ensure seamless mapping of legacy data from People Soft to Oracle configurations, aligning employees accurately with salary bases and job functions.
• Conduct meticulous validation of test conversion files, identifying discrepancies and collaborating with teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain high data accuracy to prevent system failures and contribute to efficient organizational operations.

• Proven ability to manage large datasets with precision using Excel and troubleshoot complex data issues.
• Experience with HRIS platforms like People Soft and Oracle, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
• Effective communicator able to work collaboratively with technical and HR teams.

• Familiarity with Oracle configuration requirements and workforce structure file management.
• Ability to incorporate stakeholder feedback into system updates and prepare for test loads.
