Overview
The Program Manager will oversee the procurement, fielding, and sustainment of products under the Biometrics and Forensics Collection Capability (BFC2) portfolios. This includes program management, system procurement (hardware and software), system sustainment, software engineering services, cloud services, help desk services, and cybersecurity services. This role supports critical operations for PM Biometrics' mission.
Responsibilities- Oversee procurement, fielding, and sustainment of BFC2 portfolio products.
- Manage programs, procure systems (hardware and software), and ensure system sustainment and cybersecurity services.
- Coordinate software engineering services, cloud services, and help desk services to meet contractual requirements.
- Support critical operations for PM Biometrics' mission.
- Experience in program management, system procurement, fielding, and sustainment.
- Strong understanding of biometrics and forensics collection capabilities.
- Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and direct activities of administrative, program control, and technical personnel involved in fulfilling a contract.
- Thorough understanding and experience in the complete life-cycle of software in military systems.
- Knowledge and experience with Department of War (DOW)/Army plans, policies, standards, and methods for acquisition and support of software and computer resources for Army systems.
- Ability to manage and control schedules and costs to deliver on time and within budget.
- Ability to provide direction for operations and ensure compliance with management policies, plans, and procedures.
- Ability to provide recommendations for resolution of technical problems.
- Proven ability to be a role model to subordinate employees, motivate a workforce, and provide constructive feedback.

- Education
: BA/BS in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline - Experience

Five (5) years as a PM, three (3) years managing Army Programs/Contracts - Certifications

Level III DAWIA Certification in Program Management or PMP Certification - Security Clearance Level
:
Secret clearance - US Citizenship

Salary and BenefitsThe likely salary range for this position is $128,039 - $173,229. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
